Nevada is a tort state, anyone owning an auto registered in Nevada MUST carry liability insurance of Nevada 15/30/10 ; that is $15,000 for Bodily Injury in an accident / $30,000 total for all persons in the single accident and $10,000 for all property damage for a single accident.
